The Schott 684SM was produced from 1977 to 1990 and was made from Steerhide leather, a type of male bovine leather with a finish that makes it more akin to traditional leather. This particular specimen dates back to the early 80s and continues to be in spectacular condition, except for small signs of aging, such as a slight scratch on the right sleeve.
